What we collect

Details you submit through join forms and contact forms: name, email, mobile number, city, state, country, preferred language, and the role-specific answers relevant to your submission. We also record referral and campaign parameters (UTM values and referrer) so we understand where submissions come from.

Why we collect it

To review your submission, match you with relevant opportunities across IOStudio, IOFilms and IOProductions, and to contact you about those opportunities.

WhatsApp messages

We only send WhatsApp messages to people who explicitly opted in on the form. Your consent, including the exact wording you agreed to, is logged with a timestamp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing us.

Who can see your data

Submissions are stored in a protected database. Only authorised IOStudio administrators can read them. We do not sell your data. Where we introduce you to a brand, institute or partner, only the details relevant to that introduction are shared.

Retention and your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your submission at any time by contacting us with your reference ID. We retain records only for as long as they are useful for matching, or as required by law.
